About the SSL Certificate Checker
An SSL/TLS certificate encrypts traffic between visitors and your site and proves the site is really yours. If it expires, doesn't cover the exact host name, or is missing an intermediate certificate, browsers show a full-page 'Not secure' warning and visitors leave.
Nuqti opens a real TLS connection, reads the certificate and its chain, checks trust, host name coverage, days left, protocol version, whether old TLS 1.0/1.1 is still accepted, the HTTP→HTTPS redirect and HSTS — then scores the setup.
