These terms govern your use of Nuqti (nuqti.com, app.nuqti.com), operated by UPREPS LTD. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
Acceptable use
- Don’t abuse, overload or attempt to break the service or its API rate limits.
- Don’t use Nuqti to attack, spam or scrape third-party sites in violation of their terms or the law.
- Don’t resell raw data or API access without written permission.
Plans & payments
Paid plans, the free plan and lifetime deals are described on the pricing page at purchase time and are processed by Stripe. Lifetime plans cover the service for as long as Nuqti operates, subject to fair-use limits.
Data & estimates
SEO metrics (traffic, volume, ratings, backlinks) are estimates from public and licensed sources and may differ from other tools. Use them as guidance; we don’t guarantee rankings or results.
Availability & liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, UPREPS LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
Termination
You can stop using Nuqti at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
