Privacy Policy

Nuqti (“we”) is an SEO and AI-visibility platform operated by UPREPS LTD. This policy explains what data we collect when you use nuqti.com and app.nuqti.com and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address, name and role, and a hashed password or your Google / SSO identity.
• Project data: domains, keywords, competitors, audits and settings you add.
• Connected Google data (optional): if you connect Google Search Console or Google Analytics, we read (read-only) performance data for the properties you choose, only to show it to you inside Nuqti.
• Usage & logs: pages and features used, IP address and browser for security, rate limiting and abuse prevention.

How we use Google user data

Nuqti’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train generalized AI models. You can disconnect Google at any time from Settings → Integrations, and revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We use processors only to run the service (hosting/CDN by Cloudflare, payments by Stripe, AI providers for features you request). Public share links you create are visible to anyone who has the link.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. Ask us at [email protected] to export or delete your account and data; we act within 30 days. Backups rotate out within 7 days.

Security

Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, sessions use httpOnly secure cookies, and access to tokens is restricted. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
