About the Keyword Density Checker

Keyword density is how often a word or phrase appears compared to the total word count. There is no magic percentage — but density reveals what a page is really about, shows keyword stuffing, and spots topics you forgot to mention.

Nuqti strips menus and code, counts single words and 2- and 3-word phrases (ignoring stop words in English and Arabic), and — if you give a focus keyword — shows its density and whether it appears in the title and first paragraph.

How to use it

Frequently asked questions

What is a good keyword density?

There's no ideal number. Write naturally; if your main keyword is above ~3% the text probably reads as stuffed.

Does Google use keyword density?

Not as a target. Google understands topics and synonyms — covering the subject well matters more than repetition.

What are stop words?

Very common words like 'the', 'and', 'في', 'من' — they're excluded so the meaningful terms stand out.

Does it work for Arabic?

Yes — Arabic text is tokenised and Arabic stop words are filtered too.
